Noisy and tawdry bar where not even four customers enter. It strikes me that this business has all the permits in order. Since chairs and high tables are on the sidewalk, the doors are open all day. Some customers park wherever they please, including sidewalks. A whole cult of "anything goes" Waitresses on the line. Popular prices. They do not have a kitchen so snacking is very limited. I don't like the place at all. Parking: Parking in that area gets worse every day. They have painted yellow stripes everywhere. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
