It would be nice if the hours on this page actually matched the hours of operation. If you’re not going at 11pm to eat with the local druggies don’t bother going.

My wife is vegetarian and it's always a gamble when I order from a taco truck. I know just enough Spanish to get by but I've had bad experiences in the past with not understanding my order or just plain refusing to make a vegetarian taco. Taco Express not only had vegetarian tacos, they even looked better than my asada and pollo taco. Next time, I may go veggie! We'll never go anywhere else.
