We were hungry after doing some shopping in Moreno Valley and we spotted some taco trucks. We picked Tacos de Catalina because we have a granddaughter named Catalina. This is the ONLY taqueria in the USA that I've been to that serves tacos al pastor with grilled pineapple! They were the best I've had outside of Mexico. Unfortunately, they seemed to have changed locations because I have not seen their truck for a couple of months. :-( BTW I did ask for the pineapple--not sure if it's standard. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
