Order nicely cooked chistorra, tacos and chorizo. From the guests' point of view, the staff is disorganized here. This restaurant is remarkable for its professional service. It's a pity, food here isn't worth the medium prices as visitors indicate. But 4 is what TACOS ''EL OSITO'' got from the Google rating system.

STARLESS!!! The food sucks. The bread, cheese and meat of the hamburgers are disgusting. The waitress has no idea what customer service is. He only served our table of 4 people and forgot to bring what I asked for, arguing that it was not true and that only 3 people had ordered. I asked to speak to the manager and it turns out that he was the one who prepares the burgers along with another lady. The 3 of them were super rude. My order had been requested for more than 45 minutes and they had not yet prepared it and with a super despotic attitude they told me whether I would still want it or not. Disastrous service and food. I don't know how the owner dares to have that type of employees in his space. People like that are the ones who destroy businesses. The 3 that were there, two women and a man, have no idea what to work on there. Here and by all means I am going to be in charge of giving them the worst publicity because they do not give anything away and the prices for the garbage food they sell are super high. We paid and when we left they were making fun of us like little children. I hope the owner of this place reads this and knows the kind of people he hires who are ruining his business. In my life I will stop there again and I will give my recommendation to everyone I know about that place and those disastrous people. Disgusting food. Don't waste your money!!!

Terrible service, very rude waitress! We ordered food for 4 people and they didn't bring anything to 1 of our companions! And they didn't even apologize, they responded very despotically and said that the person had not asked them for anything. They thought our friend was just watching us eat. Terrible, terrible service! Flavorless burgers, and the cheese all cold.
