This has become my favourite takeaways in Nelson. The food is always excellent quality and service is fast with decent size portions. In my opinion this is the best Thai shop in Nelson. I have tried most of the menu, my favourite is their drunken noodle dish. Price per person: NZ$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Pad ZI EW

I went to Takor Thai for dinner, after reading the reviews on Google and the rating of 4.9. I could understand why it is so well rated and liked by diners. Although a small place, there are plenty of choices for everyone. The ambience is bright and cheerful. The service was prompt and friendly. The food, when served, looked tempting. My dish - vegan Panang curry was very well balanced, delicious and ample in quantity. I had a very satisfying meal and will be happy to dine here again.
