This cafe is situated on the 38th floor the JR Observation Tower and you need to take the elevator to the 6th floor to buy tickets and take another elevator to get there. The cafe serves mainly desserts like parfaits and cakes, and also has a small selection of sandwiches and doria (baked rice with chicken or seafood) which are OK/edible. But it's really the view that makes having a sip of coffee and a dessert so much more enjoyable Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
