They print a coupon on their receipts saying "Two for Tuesday's, Buy one Get one Free," yet the staff say the owner will only allow 30% off. They used to have good customer service.

Loved the product, but the service was terrible. The toppings bar was half empty, and the employee working was extremely disrespectful, hard to understand, was on his cell phone, and felt the need to add tips to the tip jar.
