Staff is friendly enough but needs better training on how to deal with grade school little kids coming in making a meal out of every flavor while slurping at all the machines wasting a bunch, and I mean a bunch of sample cups as they continue to have very bad behavior. What was worse is that there was an older brother with them that let it happen while they all thought it was so funny just giggling away. Staff just sat there and watched and allowed it to happen. They didn't stop their bad behavior until I said something while trying to work around them to get my own. That should have been handled by staff, staff to customer, Not customer to customer. Unless they knew these individuals and just continued to let it happen. It was quite gross to hear and watch. TCBY, do better!

The yogurt is good. Topings are abundant however the customer service isn't. Walked in and was hit with loud, bass heavy music. While there, there was sexually suggestive songs playing, and the place was full of kids. There seems to be 2 employees in the place and they only showed themselves when someone needed to pay. When I paid, a girl came from the back...no "hello" or eye contact. Just staight to the register. She said $9.18 and that was it. Added: on the way out, one employee, different than the one that was at the register, smiled and said for me to have a nice day.

10/100000! Amazing place! Everyday, I ask my parents to drive me to TCBY frozen yogurt. This is mine and my family’s favorite place. I used to think this place was a ice cream place, lol. Either way my favorite place. Chocolate and Vanilla, oh yeah BEST COMBO! The decorations to put on the yogurt fit amazing, like a cherry on top. The workers are nice! Overall it deserves 5 stars. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
