My mom, daughter and I walked up to the door. She never acknowledged us and closed the door in my mom's face. I wanted to leave then because I don't care what kind of day you're having, if you work for the public your attitude should be together.
I got yogurt for my daughter and she still never opened her mouth to say anything.
Extensive training needs to be put into effect because if your employees continue treating paying customers this way, your doors won't be open much longer.
