Great American Cookie/TCBY at Memorial City showed zero compassion during a medical emergency. My boyfriend is a Type 1 diabetic and needed a Coke due to low blood sugar. We returned less than 10 minutes later because his sugar kept dropping. I politely asked for a refill or even just a small amount and explained that he could pass out. Two employees and the manager refused unless we paid full price again. I had to run to Auntie Anne’s, where they immediately helped without hesitation. We were paying customers in a health crisis. This was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

Love TCBY! My favorite is the white chocolate swirled with sherbet of the day! The Kirby then the Highland Village locations were closed a few years ago. Why, I don’t know. Therefore I have to now drive 5 miles to the San Felipe @ Fountain View location. Always an option because my son lives close to that location.
