In case the rain took you by surprise during the promenade around Meguro River Greenway, stop by this restaurant. The Japanese cuisine is good at TEN - MASA. You can taste good tempura here.
The positive aspect of this place is that the staff is terrific. Enjoyable service is something guests agree upon here. Most clients are faithful to this spot because of the exotic atmosphere. It's a Michelin one-star restaurant, the award is usually given for providing delicious dishes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience here! We liked the combination of both cooked appetizers and tempura courses but do wish that there were a few more tempura courses overall, since Ten Masa is better known as a tempura restaurant. The standout tempura courses were the uni, fish and shrimp head. The cooked courses were very tasty. The single sashimi course was decent, not great. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive, excellent service. One of the staff member spoke excellent English and explained all the courses. Overall, a very worthwhile and enjoyable experience for our family. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Amazing tempura restaurant with carefully selected dishes to complement the main act. Highly seasonal choices, interesting selection of high end tea beverages and sake. Tempura is fried only once, with light batter. Some of the vegetables they used I have never tried before and of course the uni tempura to finish the parade. Not cheap by any means but feels like a great deal. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A really exceptional experience. There is counter seating and you watch as the chef exquisitely prepares tempura in front of you. The front of house staff were really friendly, kind, and knowledgable for example, helping us choose and pair sake to the food. We really enjoyed our special New Year meal.
