I hate to give TF 2 only 3 stars, since TF is such a big Boonville staple, but it's only average for me. I got the chicken nuggets, and onion rings with a sweet tea. The chicken nuggets didn't have much flavor, so sauce was needed. With sauce, it was pretty good! The onion rings weren't really "rings," they were more like "strings," but that wasn't really a problem for me. The flavor was good, but they were a bit tough. The sweet tea was perfect, so no complaints there. However, I do love TF's ice cream! I've been multiple times. Ice cream is the way to go here!

I only gave it a 3 because the girl taking our order I had to repeat it several times and then it still wasn't right. The food is always good and hot. Hope the service gets better.

I explored a bit and found this marvelous place, and you can tell it's special soon as you get there, a local favorite I expect. Cheap eats, but fresh and delicious. They take pride and care in getting you fresh and quality food. Mostly basket deals and small plate specials. I don't eat mammalian meat, so I can only speak for how delicious the fish and chicken is, and the veggies. The overhead of waiting tables is gone, so that may be how they can provide such excellent food and service at such a low price. A "hidden gem" sort of place.
