Location is okay. The regular bowl is packed with so much rice and little meat. For 15 dollars I expected at least half and half . But a bit too much rice. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I usually come here every once and a while on my lunch break today 03/11/2024 I was placing a phone order for pick up and the guy on the phone placing my order was incredibly rude and unprofessional I will not be returning to this location ever again .. very unexceptionable

Staff's very meh. The food is good, it's a chain so you do expect the food to taste the same. My biggest complain is that they're very stingy with the food! I ordered the half and half and when I got home I thought I only got chicken. Well, turns out my other half was just barely there. Where's the beef?? Definitely less food than other flame broilers. I usually have leftovers but not today and the girl that rang me up was not following their rules. 3 sauces for a regular bowl!! Girl just gave me one so I had to ask for more. I wont return to this one. I would much rather go to the Montebello one, they're super nice and generous. By the way, I tried ordering ahead and the website just kept running into issues.
