We have been four times and each time we have a great experience, wonderful food and fabulous vibe. It’s a ‘Merc bar’ experience. So, if you know, you know, and you love it! Every server has been epic! The last two times we had Caio at our guide. Very attentive and quite interested in the ideal experience. The food is great, but we live in Scottsdale, an abundance of amazing food, so I gave an honest four (4) stars . We always talk about and look forward to The Mercer, and are never disappointed to say the least. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A true 5 star experience. Drinks were impeccable, food was incredible. Service was excellent. Ordered the Sophia Loren & a lemon drop for cocktails. Wine pours are heavenly & enjoyed the red blend. The Rigatoni and burger were delicious. Well worth the money spent, which is rare to say in this economy. As someone in the industry, I’m picky & this was perfect. Wish I took pictures but oh well. Tip your servers well & order something you usually wouldn’t. You’ll be glad you did. I’ll be back :) Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We came in at 8:30p midweek after reading good reviews for this restaurant with google listing this place as open until 11p, however, no one was hosting at the door. After 5 minutes, I approached the bar that was visible from front door to ask if we could get food and drinks. 2 men were working near the bar. The man in a suit said the kitchen was closed. The other man dressed more casually but responded more professionally suggested another restaurant that might still be open at that time. We just flew in that evening arriving after 7:45pm and didn’t have a car for night 1 but stayed at hotel nearby. So don’t come here for dinner after 8p. You won’t get served. The atmosphere was pretty dead. Suggestion for travelers here in this Phoenix area-public transportation is limited, so get a car or eat by 8p.
