It was tasty, but I’ve had much better burgers before. For example, Burger Revolution in Roppongi serves one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life. That being said, this place was still good in its own way, and I enjoyed the experience overall. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Was hesitant as it looked like a normal tourist trap type place but the smash burger was delicious! Had the crispy edges and the truffle fries had great seasoning. Attention to detail providing the orange slice on the Blue Moon too. Note to Management though, maybe enforce a time limit on the seats. The view is great but you've got a bunch of people nursing a single beer over an hour taking space for it and those of us trying to eat have nowhere to go. The Smash Scramble – Shibuya’s Premium Tourist Simulation Experience Let me be very clear from the start: this is a tourist trap. Not a subtle one. Not a “locals secretly love it” one. No. This is the default spawn point for lost tourists in Shibuya. I walked in and genuinely thought I had left Japan. Not a single Japanese customer in sight. It felt like an airport lounge with better lighting and worse decisions. They even got seats facing the street, like front-row tickets to the “Shibuya Crossing NPC Parade.” Perfect for attention-deficit tourists who need constant stimulation while chewing. You’re not eating, you’re spectating humanity. Now the food. I got a bacon cheeseburger, because at this point we’re already committing to bad decisions. And wow… it was aggressively mediocre. Not bad enough to complain, not good enough to remember. Just sitting there in the middle like it pays rent. The fries? Low-key the best thing on the plate. Which is crazy, because they were just… fries. Not life-changing, just the only thing doing its job. And then the drink. Oh my god. I ordered a soda and they handed me a glass full of ice cubes the size of Minecraft blocks with about 50ml of Dr Pepper fighting for its life at the bottom. I’ve seen more liquid in a humid day. At least there was an NBA game playing, which honestly saved the experience. I stopped caring about the food and just locked into the screen like I was at a sports bar that forgot to be good. Final verdict:. The Smash Scramble is what happens when you want to experience Shibuya without actually experiencing Japan. Overpriced, mid food, elite for people-watching, and drinks designed by a hydration scammer. If you enjoy paying extra to feel like you accidentally teleported to a Western tourist bubble with a great view, this is your spot.
