Thank you for your feedback.Feedback serves as a great mechanism that enables us serve you better.This isn’t true, all orders are made fresh daily, we make puff in batches while other items are fried when you place order for them.your order had warm puff, you have picked up your order, you took it home, you ate part of it & now want to return it, that you want a refund because “the puff was warm” this wont be accepted ,as we fulfilled your order& even offered you another batch puff, that was just made, you refused& that prompted you to send this feedback.
