The knowledgeable staff demonstrates a high level of quality at this restaurant. A number of visitors think that the service is nice. The atmosphere of this place is cool. But most clients who use Google didn't give THK a high rating.

had a very disappointing experience with THK Restaurant. The biggest issue is the extremely slow preparation time. Orders take far longer than expected, and there seems to be no urgency in getting food out, especially for delivery drivers. Even when the order is ready, it’s not handed over to the driver immediately, which causes unnecessary delays. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of proper staff training. The team does not seem organized, and the overall process feels inefficient and unprofessional. On top of that, the timing shown on the app is completely misleading. It states an estimated delivery time of 40–45 minutes, but in reality, it takes around an hour and a half for the food to arrive. This shows a clear lack of honesty and reliability. Overall, the experience reflects poor management, lack of training, and no respect for customers’ time. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here until these issues are seriously addressed Food: 3 Service: 1

• Very bad experience overall. • My delivery order took over two hours to arrive. • When I called the restaurant to ask about the delay, the staff member hung up the phone on me. • When I tried calling again, the restaurant had completely disconnected their phone line during peak orders. Extremely unprofessional service. I would not recommend this restaurant to my friends or anyone else. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: QAR 150–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
