After enjoying Tsukijigawa Park Day Camp Ground, go to this bar which is not far away. The atmosphere of hospitality of TIME highly depends on the staff, that is attentive here. Curious about this place, and decided to try their Taco rice after seeing their signboards placed outside. Turns out the simple meal was a delight, delicious and tasty. The minced meat seasoning was delicious, and goes well with the vegetables and rice. Not too salty, nor oily, the taste was very balanced. Service is great, fast and efficient for a takeaway.
