All of our menu prices are clearly displayed before customers place their order, and payment is taken at the time of ordering, allowing customers to choose the items that best suit both their appetite and budget.In your case, the order consisted of poached eggs on toast, two additional poached eggs, two hash browns and a canned drink. While we appreciate everyone has different views on value, we believe £11.50 is a fair price for the quantity of food and the quality of ingredients served.We’re proud to be a local café offering freshly prepared food, quality produce, air-conditioned premises and friendly service. We work hard to keep our prices competitive while continuing to provide good value.Regarding our breakfast options, they are intentionally designed to cater for different appetites. The larger breakfasts do offer better value for customers wanting a bigger meal, which is common practice across the hospitality industry, and many customers choose whichever option best suits them.We welcome genuine feedback, but we do feel that a one-star review does not fairly reflect the food, service or overall experience we provide.
