Dinner at To Restaurant Paris, with a Japanese chef at the helm, was a delight. The dishes were beautifully presented and the chef from Japan infused many Japanese flavors and ingredients into the French-inspired dishes. I especially enjoyed the tuna tataki with yuzu, trout caviar and sturgeon caviar in a spinach combo-dashi sauce. Kudos to the chef.
