If you happen to be near Bata's Skyscraper, you can visit this restaurant. Ordering nicely cooked sushi, tofu and udon is a nice experience here. The efficient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Visitors say that the service is prompt here. You are to be pleasantly impressed with adequate prices at TOM Restaurant. Delicious food, but staff needs more training. We sat at a table that had no reservation to have a server ask us, why we didn’t sit elsewhere to only point Out at a table that had a reservation plate on it. I mentioned it to the server, and she just rolled her eyes. At that point, I wanted to leave but didn’t only because I promised my daughter sushi for lunch that day. To top it off, their staff is all over the place, we had multiple servers come to our table to take our orders not in a professional way, no greeting, just straight away taking our order - they need to get organized and improve their hospitality manners. Just came back from Tom Restaurant, feeling absolutely amazing. Great food, great atmosphere and really accommodating for someone who doesn’t speak much Czech. I will definitely come back soon, and try the Sushi ! Thanks again.
