Nestled in the bustling Parco City mall on Irijima street, TOPOYA is a cozy restaurant catering to those with a taste for Korean-inspired snacks. Despite being newly opened alongside its neighboring chicken store Nenes, it hasn't made significant strides in gaining a presence on popular restaurant directories, aside from a sparse Google profile. There is a distinctive lack of recent updates and communication from the owners regarding the current status and offerings.
Offering only dine-in service, TOPOYA features a quaint atmosphere where visitors can enjoy items like their noted cheese hot dogs and other vibrant treats. Customer experiences have been mixed, with some enjoying the flavors and others noting delays and variations in expectations, particularly about speedy service and how the food visually matches media depictions. Open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, it provides a steady option for a quick break as you explore the offerings of the mall.
Information about amenities is minimal but mentions include the presence of a toilet facility—a small yet appreciated convenience for diners. Given the reviews being three years old, potential patrons might find this place either an intriguing gamble or a delightful surprise, depending once they step through its doors. Aspiring visitors should check on any potential updates directly at the location, given the apparent pause in communication from TOPOYA itself.

Located in Parco City mall. Newly opened like the chicken store (Nenes) next door. Took awhile for cashier/anyone to come to store front. Ordered the cheese dog was good and filling. Quaint stop if you’re missing the snacks treats—reminded me of Korea. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other
