We had a very disappointing experience at TORA Restaurant. We made a reservation through Tabelog for January 1, 2026 at 7:00 PM. We arrived on time, but the staff told us they had no record of our reservation and that no seats were available. We were asked to wait outside for about 10 minutes, and only afterward were we informed that we could not be seated. There was no clear explanation of what went wrong and no apology for the inconvenience. A reservation should be honored, or at minimum, handled responsibly and transparently when an issue occurs. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
