I just visited there several weeks ago, and I waited around 30 minutes for sushi on Saturday lunch. The restaurant was crowded, and so there was no sushi on the rails. Thus, all the menus should be ordered via a tablet on each table. But no doubt, sushi was super nice. Maybe Toriton-sushi in the eastern part of Sapporo station would be crazy busy due to its high accessibility, and this spot is one of the best ways to get to Toriton-sushi restaurant.
