Opened in the center of Kyoto City I went to Toyota-san, a tuna and wagyu beef restaurant. Actually, I opened the door several times before opening. I was looking at it, but it was before it opened. I finally got inside! lol I ordered the Edomae tuna sashimi and the famous bokkake that I was interested in. My escort was Niranamuru. There is an open kitchen where you can watch the tuna being cut right in front of you. Carefully cut by a craftsman It can be arranged. They were very friendly without being formal, and they treated people from overseas very politely, which gave me a good impression. Akadama BIG probably contains 5 or 6 regular cups and costs about 3 cups, so it's a great deal and will probably become a hot topic!
