I had wanted to see the house for a long time, and I took advantage of my last visit to Registro to do just that, on a cold day in July. Right off the bat, an observation: the environment is all designed to meet on a day of scorching heat, as is the climate of the city most of the time. In the cold, it becomes a mess: the space is small, the external deck was closed, the environment on the upper floor was also not open and everyone was crowded in the small internal hall, with tables glued to each other. To use the bathroom, a struggle: only one toilet, to meet the demand that was high that day. Those who go to TR3S Steakhouse will be able to choose from several meat options and snacks, from chicken to shrimp, in addition to hamburger options. The value on the menus scares: it's expensive. However, as they promise a noble meat with a different preparation, maybe it's worth the price... But we don't think it was worth it. We ordered an ancho steak for two people, and I confess that I expected a much softer meat, characteristic of this cut. The flavor was pleasant, but in no way resembled a noble cut, as it was a struggle to cut the meat, which in addition to being a little tough, was also far from juicy. For the amount charged, we expected perfection. We also ordered the house mini hamburger portion, and it was tasty but not amazing. On that day, one of the highlights on the menu was Spaghetti Al Formaggio, prepared inside a blue cheese and flamed at the table, next to the customer. The experience is interesting, and the taste too! Very pleasant and not at all cloying. To make it better, they could serve the pasta al dente, and not extremely overdone as it was served. The price for two people is R$89.00 and does not come with any protein, even though it is served in a Steakhouse. In terms of drinks, we miss good options for those who are not interested in alcoholic beverages The natural juices were limited to oranges and pulp juices were few options, and of poor quality. Small details that make all the difference in an establishment that wants to achieve excellence. The customer, who is willing to pay dearly for this, also wants this excellence reflected in the service, and not just in the prices of the dishes.
