Really beautiful gem of Trincomalee. Shapthavi was fantastic, so friendly, kind and very attentive. She gave us so many suggestions for things to do in the area, and places to try. Very relaxing vibes and such great local food options. It's a nice change from all the overpriced western food around the area. The food came quickly with no wait, and made from fresh ingredients! They also offer you more if you want it! The best Idli and we're coming back to try the traditional dosa too! They give you an offer of 10% off if you try their other branch too. They also have an ice cream parlour we'll try too. The staffs vibes are on point and definitely make this place super happy and friendly! Thank you! I highly recommend Trincorini. It’s really close to Uppuveli Beach and they serve traditional Sri Lankan food. The waiter was amazing! Not only was he extremely nice, but he also takes the time to explain what the food consists of. I had the pottu and the dosas, and really liked both! They have vegetarian options available and the two dessert dosas (dark chocolate and nutella) are sooooo delicious!!!!
