I’m going to give my dead honest truth about my experience at TRIO, and it was honestly very disappointing. The food was decent, but even that came with issues. The salmon had problems and had to be fixed or replaced, which already set the tone for the night. The drinks were absolutely terrible. They took an extremely long time to come out and tasted like there was little to no liquor in them. Even ordering simple shots took forever, which is unacceptable for a bar setting. Our server was polite, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. She clearly had no idea what was going on, had little understanding of the menu or flow of service, and seemed completely unprepared. If she was new, she should not have been left on the floor without proper training because it severely impacted our experience. The music was low, dull, and depressing, killing any chance of a vibe. The atmosphere felt lifeless and forgettable. Overall, this was a poor experience from start to finish. Nothing stood out, nothing impressed me, and there is absolutely no reason that would make me want to come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
