I arrived at Trojský Pivovar with zero expectations, and it turned out to be a discovery in its own right. The space was unhurried, the whole setup carrying a crafted-from-nothing charm — something quietly provocative in that restraint. Then the four virtuoso cellists of Cello Republic took over the night, and I left having stumbled onto one of those evenings you can’t quite plan for.
