Took the kids for a special treat on the last day of school holidays and it was closed with a sign that said "back in 5:)". We waited, no one came. We decided to go for a drive for 10 minutes, went back, still closed. We then went home and kids were disappointed and I thought surely by now, their "5 mins" is up, so we drove back there and it was still closed, literally an hour after the first time we arrived! A simple note saying "back at 3pm" or whatever time would have been better appreciated. We would have left and returned then because I'm always happy to support local business but they killed it for themselves today.

Me and my partner ordered at 11:30am we got 2 protein shakes and a chicken wrap with chips on the side for $25 dollars. We got the protein shakes at 11:35am. At 11:50 we were still waiting to get the chicken wrap with chips after someone who ordered after us already got there food and left after eating it. One of the ladies was sitting down on her phone at the front and another one kept walking in an out of the store, while customers are waiting to order. we had to go up and ask about the rest of our order to find out they forgot to cook it then we finally got our food at 12:05pm for them to forget the chips, at that point we were too frustrated so we just left. P.s, don’t eat here I don’t think I have ever experienced service this bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food and coffee is great. I am addicted to the coffee. Elissa is very quick, friendly and puts a lot of time, effort and hard work into the cafe. All the staff are friendly and helpful Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
