My boyfriend and I had dinner on Friday night, we were served by Aaron, a charming and super efficient professional, attentive and very pleasant. We ordered rabas, cabrales croquettes and mountain stew. Everything was delicious, although for us, who like strong cheeses, the croquettes had a very mild Cabrales flavor. Antonio, the owner, came out and went table by table to ask how the dinner was (it's been a long time since I've seen a hotel owner do this, it's worth applauding). Thank you for the experience, if we return to Comillas you will see us again in La Maroma!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
