We had reserved a table, we called to delay it several times, for whatever reason we had to do it, finally at the last time we were scheduled, we were also late, when we arrived, with all the reason in the world, he told us that he couldn't serve us, which He was very sorry but that his staff had to rest for the next shift. We are very sorry, and obviously with the appropriate apologies we are leaving, but we will undoubtedly return to rectify this.
