No service and manner quite rude. No patience for enquiries. One time I got hurt and claimed a moving difficulty, I required a help to order water, they refused and said there was a self service bar over the corner. Unfortunately there was no empty cups there. 2nd time I have an ask for menu in tea time, they are impolite to say 'uh, what time is it? this is tea time. no lunch set.' ,then left. We just wondered the menu was included the set. Perhaps we took a 10 mins for the self order. They knew no ordered were I placed in system. Then urged us to order that. We stated we knew the time limited generally in café and claimed we will not have it and stay being long cos' we got another itinerary. Same thing happened in the self service water bar. 2 times we got the water in same corner, no water in placed and need to the other corner for picking up. There were 6-7 staffs in my 2 times experience. 1st time they were keep talking and waiting dishes preparation. 2nd time also but more were standing in cashier for a rest but the rest was not a short time. Perhaps you may said their time and the service only restricted to the food transition. Of course, I keep having lunch in this Cafe thereafter but not often. Food reached 2.5-3 stars in fact. Drink either are free or paid extra $28 for upgrading were also terribly(1 star). Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Dog-friendly restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. The lunch and afternoon tea sets have a great selection. Dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant but if ask for a table around the outside, you can place your dog across the plant-box partition. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
