We have come to this location restaurant for 12 years. At one time it was known as FLAT OUTS excellent for their flat bread creations. Now this is called TABLE 1. This restaurant has flat bread as well as other nice menu items. There has been now maybe 4 managers here for the past 4 years. We loved one who has now left and a new guy has taken over. Not happy with what we see on the floor. The food is still fine in preparation. We found that our very nice server does not listen to what we require. My husband did NOT want ice in his water ; I wanted my dressing on the side of my salad. Neither happened. I watched the "on line" cook at the counter conversing with the floor staff while drinking from a styrofome cup and leaving it on the top of the counter next to the 2 tall condiment containers in full view of anyone looking toward the kitchen area. Sorry, folks, but this is a BIG no-no when it comes to what should NOT present in a good restaurant. I informed our server to notify the manager of this situation and the manager (who was the kitchen and never in the front area, manager-behind the scenes) just hid the container behind an piece of darker material. We do not like the almost slipshod attitude of this new managenment. The serving team has to have a class on how to serve their patrons in LISTENING to what they ask or say. And the manager has to learn on how to present a clean and pristine area at the front line serving area where the patrons can watch the proceedings. At this time, it is not so. I dislike sounding petty, as some may perceive this to be, but a restaurant should not only serve good food but be a nice where one can dine in a neat, organized and attractive atmosphere. By the way----the entertainment during the weekend is top notch!
