Very disappointing experience. As an Egyptian, I travelled from another city with a group of international friends from diverse backgrounds because I specifically wanted them to try Koshari, Egypt’s national dish. We were all genuinely excited to visit and experience Egyptian cuisine. Unfortunately, when we arrived on Sunday, the restaurant was closed, despite the listed opening hours stating that it was open from 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM. We noticed someone inside and knocked to ask whether the restaurant was open. He seemed surprised to see us and asked how he could help. When we explained that we had come to order food, we were told that the restaurant was not open that day. He also asked whether we had come for Turkish food, which was confusing, as the restaurant is clearly presented as an Egyptian restaurant. When we clarified that we were specifically there for Egyptian food, we were again told that the restaurant was closed, and that it might not be open the following day either, which is Monday. I completely understand that opening hours or operating schedules can change. However, if that is the case, the information listed online should be updated. We travelled specifically to visit this restaurant and could have saved considerable time by knowing in advance that it was closed. I hope the restaurant will correct its opening hours and online information so that other customers do not have the same experience.

Tabliya Taste of Cairo After that delicious hawashi , you have to try the rice pudding. Honestly one is just not enough it's definitely worth coming back for again and again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: zł 40–60
