Tackito is an excellent place to eat in Toluca. It is small but very popular, and the food is always fresh and tasty. I really enjoyed the tacos al pastor because the meat was juicy and full of flavor. The tortillas were handmade and warm, which made them even better. The service was fast and friendly, and the prices were very good for the quality. I liked the casual atmosphere because it felt authentic and welcoming.
