Words cannot do justice, possibly the best food I've ever had. Those little tacos were that good. We were there in June 2021. Spain was just starting to come out of Covid and the owner served us at the original location. We asked him to just give us whatever he recommended not knowing he was the owner. He recommended a variety of tacos. It was around 9 PM and the restaurant was empty and about to close. He was so cool. He came to our table and we talked for a while. He told us the food was made with recipes from his grandmother from Mexico. He also told us business was tough and Covid came just as Taco Alto was getting popular and that he might lose at least one of his three restaurants. We ended up eating at another location and again at the original location in the following days. We couldn't get enough. The third location was closed still from Covid. We checked tonight and it looks like all three locations are still open. Very happy for him. We can't wait to eat at Taco Alto again and my daughter and I still talk about how amazing it was.
