0/5 Stars I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. I was waiting for a DoorDash pickup order and repeatedly rang the bell for over 10 minutes, but no employee came to assist me. The staff appeared to be talking with friends and chatting among themselves instead of helping customers and delivery drivers. Even at the drive-thru, employees seemed more focused on conversations than providing service. This caused unnecessary delays for both me and the customer waiting for their order. Management should improve staff professionalism, customer service, and response times. Delivery drivers deserve timely assistance so orders can be delivered on time. I hope the staff receives better training and that this issue is addressed as soon as possible. 0/5 – Very poor service and unacceptable wait time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AFTER HOURS!!! I went at 11pm on Saturday 5/24tg and It is obvious they are not concerned with quality or customer service. The food is extremely subpar. I received a multiple tacos with a sliver of meat and the Mexican pizza was all beans and the shell used tasted old. I placed two orders and did not receive a receipt for either. The young lady at the window had non existent customer service skills. A guy came from back looked so unkempt i was concerned with him handling the food. I do not recommend this location at all. At this point I am hoping I do not get food poisoning from trying to consume this crap. And then they do not answer the phone and the mailbox is full which means this might be an ongoing issue and customer’s are unable to call in to discuss. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Amazing Staff this afternoon! They were slammed and handled it verry well. They where all verry kind and made my lunch break pleasurable. The new furniture is nice as well. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Bean Burrito, Crunchwrap Supreme Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section
