I go to school in the nearby area and have been to this location several times now. The staff is almost always rude and not patient when taking orders. This most recent visit, I took note of the workers name Maria F. She was younger with lashes and a slicked back bun. She was very impatient in the drive thru. Very obviously irritated and repeatedly said " anything ELSE?" as we continued ordering an admittedly larger order. After she cut off our order we had said in the car how rude she was and another kinder woman got on the microphone and asked if we needed to add anything else (which we did) and apologized for the other woman's behavior. When we got to the window I noticed it was the same voice and energy as on the microphone. She very rudely handed us our food and as we said thank you she didn't say you're welcome or anything back she just gave us an annoyed look and turned back around. We asked for our second order that was forgotten which upset her even more. She again rudely gave us the bag and frustratedly made the drink that went with it. When asking for sauce she grabbed the biggest handful and slammed it into our hand. Just to top off the experience, we ordered and paid for large nacho fries and yet received small and medium. I cannot say if it was intentional due to the frustration or simply a kitchen error but it's unfortunate the assumed reasoning due to this workers behavior. After repeated bad experiences at this location, it's hard to say if we'll be returning which is unfortunate as we enjoy taco bell and spend 4-5 peoples worth weekly. This location is super quick, I always use the drive thru and it rarely takes more than 3 minutes to get my food. The staff is also very friendly and kind. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best Taco Bell in Austin. They get orders consistently right, prepare the food well and are a super nice staff. I drive an extra few minutes just to go to this location. Although it has gotten pretty expensive!
