The food was prepared incorrectly and then when I asked to have it remade or get a refund, the manager refused, offered me 5 free taco tickets, and then threatened to have her uncle come up to the store to remove me. Cops were called after that threat was made by the manager (or shift leadershe said she was both) named Kenisha. At one point, an employee out of eyesight said to the manager “it’s cause you black” suggesting that I was upset due to a racial issue. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Used to come to this Taco Bell all the time and it was pretty good, the people were super nice.. until now literally received my food it was at least a day old and crunchy and it was destroyed and hard as a rock Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Awesome experience! My Dad and I stopped in for lunch today and were blown away by the service. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Most importantly, the staff really made the visit because they brought so much energy! Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. It is rare to see a team this engaged and upbeat. I highly recommend this location! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
