My husband and I went there on 19th April 2:30 am they answered us with a bad attitude and were using foul language the person in charged wasn’t helpful , so we went to the window. They didn’t address our order but instead tried to create a problem and refused to serve us without a reasonable reason, simply because they didn’t have the patience to tell us what new drinks they had. Super bad customer service the worst I still can’t over how bad they made me feel. Food: 1 Service: 1

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to so far. I tried ordering on their kiosk but the new menu is not there so I went to the cash register to order directly but the worker referred me to someone else. I waited for a bit but no one attended to me. I ordered in the app, 3 simple items. And it took them 15-20 mins. It was not even busy. No one tried to ask if I’m trying to order anything.

Had a very rude encounter in the drive through with the employer named Jenifer in the night shift had a bad attitude and was very rude and walked away in mid conversation. Need to give better customer service or find another job where they don’t have to interact with people. Meal type: Dinner
