When I am craving tacobell I have to make sure to go in. Everytime I go through the drive thru the order is messed up so I end up having to go in anyway. This is the only tacobell on our exit so when I want it I have to deal with it but this last time has encouraged me to go out of my way to another store. My husband and boys went and got an order for them and some family visiting. When they got the order they left but did not notice until after they got back to the hotel that 4 steak quesadillas was missing. My husband called them and they were rude sayong they was remaking the steak quesadillas and hung up so he drives all the way back just for them to say someone already picked them up. After waiting 20 plus minutes for them to go over the camera footage they finally made his quesadillas and gave them to him. But they continued to argue someone had already picked them up. Everyone can have a bad day/night but honestly this place has continued to decline on service. The food is fine it hits the spot but its not worth arguing with someone over food you paid for and didnt receive then have to fight to get what you paid for. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

$46 dollars for old food. We will go across town next time. My kids were excited about trying the new chicken. What a let down. They were hard as a rock. The middle even looks old. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
