Half the time they miss add ons and mods. Paid to add sour cream, only one burrito had it added. Forgotten chips- the last 3 visits they’ve forgotten items- do yourself a favor and always check to make sure your order is actually in the bag. The potatoes in the cheesy fiesta potatoes were burnt to a crisp and inedible. Not even joking when I say we got SIX beans in the Chicken Catina Bowl. The food took for ever to receive and was cold and tasteless and the drink almost made us vomit and there was a strange gelatinous substance in the drink which was supposed to be mango peach.i will never go back to the Cresswell Taco Bell again at night.
