Lazy rude employees I order on line and they erase my order and had the adasadi to say didn't have it and plus lobby looks dangerous a no baby is cleaning it up it's slow and they not doing nothing Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell (1702 N Cockrell Hill Rd, Dallas, TX) last night. I paid $16.31 for food that was COLD and tasted OLD like it had been sitting out way too long. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, I was told they “couldn’t take credit cards” with no real explanation so I had to pay cash. That honestly felt suspicious and unprofessional. I work hard for my money and this felt like a complete waste. This is NOT the quality or service customers should receive. I’m requesting a FULL REFUND and an explanation ASAP. Went through Drive thru today with a huge order for work, order was taken correctly the first time and was kind and courteous. Plus when I got to work all the drinks were correct & the food. Teka (sorry if missed spelled) I will say is a plus there and received my order quick., Sorry if I ran the time I did ask for her name and thanker her for a job well done. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
