Kristina is definitely TOO TIER! She was extremely polite, had the best customer service skills I've ever encountered and she had the team she manages focused and productive. She was respectful to her staff members also. Food was amazing service was amazing and I waited only a couple mins while it seemed like they were extremely busy. Restaurant was clean as well. Went on my lunch break. The line was long but it moved quickly and smoothly. They were very polite AND got my order correct.. which is uncommon these days.. and the food was great. Best Taco Bell ive been to in a long time. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

If you're standing in front of the counter they WILL ignore you. I made an order at the kiosk and was trying to get the cup I payed for without coming around the counter and this kid looked at my laughed and walked off to talk to his friends they will complain when you ask them to remake the food they messed up even though im the one paying for it absolutely unacceptable behavior from the grown folks and young adults at this establishment.
