Sauce packets are missing from delivery orders so consistently at this location that it’s become something customers just expect. Even from the Taco Bell app. There’s just no way around it. The sauce isn’t a side detail. It’s the most iconic part of the Taco Bell experience. The flavors, the little sayings on the packets, the choice between Mild and Fire and Diablo that’s what people associate with Taco Bell more than anything else on the menu. It’s what they’re looking forward to when the order arrives. When it’s missing, the whole meal falls flat. The food is fine on its own, but Taco Bell’s flavors are built around the sauce completing them. There’s no substitute sitting in most people’s fridges. You just eat a lesser version of what you ordered. This is fixable. A simple checklist at the packing station would go a long way. The sauce travels perfectly, costs almost nothing, and means everything to the experience. It deserves the same attention as getting the food order right. Last few times ordering we never get any straws sauce or napkins. We use to order every week late at night no issue until now smh eating dry ass 5 dollar tacos thanks

This Taco Bell, perhaps has some of the best staff customer service at the drive up that I’ve ever experienced at any fast food establishment. I have complimented and told them multiple times. Great job to all Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
