I come here pretty often since I work nearby- not one of the better locations I've been to. In my experience they pretty frequently get items wrong. Recently I placed an order in the app for in-store pickup, and I walked about ~1/4 mile (from where i was parked) to the restaurant. When I got there the door was unlocked but they said the lobby was closed. I explained that I was able to set the order for in-store pickup, and that I walked instead of driving because of that. I don't know the name of the woman at the counter- she looked to be a shift leader- but she insisted that I leave and drive around the drive thru to get my order even though it was sitting on the counter ready. She did eventually give it to me after I pressed, but this was a non issue in the first place and I don't appreciate having to argue for an equally simple solution. I wouldn't go here if I had any other realistic option. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Fast easy fresh it was nice and hot no time wasted beside the dude asking me if I want every sauce too nice for me but awesome over all Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely the slowest service from a Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. My wife and I waited in the drive thru line for an entire HOUR for two tacos, and a burrito!! When we finally got up to the window, we didn’t even get a “sorry for the wait” or any explanation at all as to why it took that long. Definitely will NOT be back here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
