Fast food, more like faster to die. I waited for 30 minutes for food that was cold when I got it. It wasn't even lunch or dinner rush. As much as I like taco bell, fast food no longer means fast at this location.

I pulled up to the drive through and they said it was going to be an hour wait so we left. But we decided to go back because we saw the other 2 cars that were in the drive through get there food in less than 5 minutes and we saw multiple people walk out with their orders. So we went back through the drive through and they said it was going to be an hour wait long and we said that’s fine and my husband said he wanted the number 1 combo and someone else came on the speaker and said we can’t make that we are backed up. We saw there was no customers inside, there was employees sitting in the dinning area, another one was in their car, and another another one smoking by the dumpster so I don’t understand why we couldn’t place out order we were willing to wait if needed but clearly they just felt like not working today. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Just awful.

This Taco Bell appears to be poorly maintained. The restaurant was not very clean during my visit, and there seems to be an ongoing issue with unattended orders. I've seen situations where individuals take orders that do not belong to them, making mobile and delivery pickups frustrating. During busy hours, it's often better to order in person to ensure you actually receive your food. Overall, the location could benefit from better cleanliness and order management.
