Found hair in our burrito, which we never would have found had they not mislabeled our food. Also, made our food wrong and then tried to blame us for ordering the wrong thing even though our receipt showed exactly what we ordered and what we did not get. They refunded my money but honestly blaming the customer for ordering the wrong food when you’re the one who messed up the order is crazy business. This wasn’t the first issue we’ve had with those location either. Oh, btw it was the manager who made our food, which means she got the order wrong, it must have been a hair from her, and she’s the one who accused us of ordering the wrong food. In this restaurant, the doors are always closed after 20:00, I don't know what kind of policy it is, but it seems that people don't want to work normally. It's even written on your door that the hall works until 2:00AM, but as I understand it, the employees don't want to see anyone in the hall after 20:00, it's clear what kind of attitude Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My order was correct, the food was wrapped properly and delicious. Thank you to the crew tonight. I have had really poor service at other taco bells recently, but I gotta say the hoffman blvd taco bell knocked it out of the park tonight Meal type: Dinner Food: 5
