Put order in online, let them know when I got there and they said it was being made. Waited my whole lunch break without receiving it and got a refund instead. I wasn't rude, neither were they but wasn't served or offered anything for my inconvenience. Disappointed

I order lunch here once every couple weeks, I always order on mobile for pick up in store and have never had an issue. Today I did exactly that, except I had accidentally ordered to the West Fargo store. When I walked in, Lydia greeted me and asked if I had been helped. Told her I had a mobile order for Kevin. About 3 minutes go by and she tells me there’s no order, that’s when I realized I ordered to the wrong store. I reordered with this store and she told me she’d make it ASAP, which she did. And honestly,, one of the hottest freshest meals I’ve ever had not only from tacobell but ever. But it wasn’t just me in the restaurant, I watched her give the same energy and smile to every guest. This is a Taco Bell and I never thought I’d go out of my way to post a five star review, but here we are. I’ve had a string of excellent experiences at this location recently. The food has been well prepared, carefully boxed and bagged, and delicious. The mobile app makes it simple AND they have great deals. The reason, though, that I had to come share this is the service. The guys and gals that take my order and pass me my food have been SO NICE! Almost like they don’t hate their jobs, which is more refreshing than any beverage on their menu. Thank you, Taco Bell employees! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
